The key to a successful partnership is a true understanding of your partner needs from top to bottom and delivering knowledge and a solution that “lives” within the organization for many years. While many consultants use only an expert approach for strategic guidance and business process improvement (BPI), MOMENTUM has found it does not foster the team building, consensus, or ownership required to make BPI projects successful.

MOMENTUM’s approach is a unique blend of the expert and advisory consulting approaches. The advisory approach fosters a coach/mentor relationship between the consultant and the client. Our clients are actively involved in each phase of the project and participate in every step along the way. This creates synergy and encourages team building. Ideally we like to get a general overview of the process and then map the process with the users to review it from their perspective. It ensures that you capture how the process really works or should work. The interaction helps gain consensus and promotes ownership of business problems and solutions.

We share knowledge and practical experiences that lead to implementable business solutions. This approach advises and guides clients in a positive direction so they discover and own the solution.
