Mojgan Manshadi a Consultant with MOMENTUM, With over thirty years of experience in Laboratory Operations, Quality Management Systems, (ISO 9001, ISO 15189) Regulatory Affairs (State, CLIA, CAP, FDA), and Process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean) she Collaborates with clients to provide Practical, Effective, Efficient and Compliant Processes to Achieve Product and Service Excellence.

Mojgan Manshadi is board certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP), the California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) and is a Six Sigma Trained Black Belt.

She began her career at hospital-based laboratories where she served as a CLS rotating in Chemistry, Hematology and Special Chemistry departments. She gained her reference Laboratory experience starting at Nichols Institute and Quest Diagnostics laboratories where she played a critical role establishing Nichols Coagulation laboratory, implementing their Quality Management System, ISO 9001 Certifications and completing major Six Sigma projects.

In 2003 she joined US LABs in Irvine, California as the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. After the acquisition of US LABS by Laboratory Corporation of America (Lab Corp), she served as the Vice President of Quality for the Esoteric Business Division where she standardized a universal Quality Management System throughout the Division. Later-on she was appointed as the Vice President/General Manager of USLABS one of the Lab Corp’s Oncology Division. Her last job before she left Lab Corp was the Vice President of Quality and Business Alignment of the Oncology Division of Lab Corp. She recently served as the Chief Operations Officer at Morningstar Laboratories and currently serves on the Board of the Friends of Family Clinic which is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
